the location is great! i walked to many restaurants and shops. complimentary coffee and water in reception was a nice touch upon arrival. the room size was good! the bathroom was really comfortable.
i wished i could make coffee or tea in the room. it would be so helpful!

The room was clean and spacious. The staff were helpful with directions and local information. I appreciated the quick resolution when I asked for extra towels. The location near public transport was useful.
There was noticeable street noise at night , which affected my sleep. The breakfast area became crowded during peak hours . I found the gym to be quite small , with limited equipment.

i found the hotel facilities beautiful. they looked clean and modern. the staff was excellent! the location proved very good. it was easy to get taxi pick-ups and drop-offs. everything was really well done. i appreciated all the small details.

the hotel is near several key attractions, including the Plaza De España and Royal Alcazar. the quieter side of the bridge created a peaceful atmosphere! the location allowed easy access to both busy streets and restful spaces. the setting was superb.

the hotel offered a range of facilities, including a well-equipped gym and a refreshing pool. the gym had several treadmills and stationary bikes! the pool area featured comfortable loungers and a shaded section. all was very nice.

this lovely hotel was within walking distance of the historic centre. parking is accessed off calle arco, you need to press the button. they raise the barrier for you. we had a internal room on the 6th floor. it had a window to an internal sky well. it was very quiet.
there was no ability TO make coffee or tea in the room. i stayed two nights. i noticed what was to be mold on the ceiling. i let the front desk know about that.

The location was superb. I found e-bike stations nearby, made city exploration easy. The staff was warm. I appreciated the spacious, clean room equipped with amenities.

coffee absencemold presence
the room lacked coffee-making facilities, pretty annoying. i expect at least that, you know? also, i found what looked like mold on the ceiling. i told the front desk. they didn't seem to care much. they just said it was a water stain. it seemed like they were brushing it off. the way they handled it really bothered me.
